The Brief


The team at BNP Paribas asked us to create a short animated film for their digital channels to celebrate the 150th anniversary of their UK business and to demonstrate how the business is ‘the bank for a changing world’.

Impact


The film was launched on the bank’s YouTube channel and Twitter feed as well as used internally on plasma screens. We also provided GIFs and cutdowns for social use. Our client had this to say: "We’re delighted with the end result and the team has been an absolute pleasure to work with."

Our Thinking


By combining key events and dates from UK and BNP Paribas history, we were able to craft a short, compelling narrative that demonstrated how the business has ‘been there’ as part of UK life through both ups and downs, and will continue to be so. This was brought to life using a mix of archive imagery and a brand-lead typography / colour treatment to create something uniquely recognisable as BNP Paribas.

In addition to the main film, we produced a series of videos for use as Instagram Stories, as well as GIFs for use across social platforms.
