The Brief

Following extensive organisational change, an accompanying brand refresh and challenges to their brand reputation, global management consultancy, Capco, approached us to devise a film that could lead their new employer brand campaign. Aimed at high calibre graduates and early-career recruits, the film needed to reassert what makes Capco a highly attractive employer and reflect their refreshed brand positioning. Visual assets from the film also needed to lend themselves to use across Capco’s digital channels.

Our Thinking

We recommended a forthright, presenter-led format with a knowing sense of humour that would embody the pioneering spirit of Capco. This was coupled with slick cinematography to reflect their core brand photography style of ‘urban dynamism’, taking the audience on a journey from the past into the present and towards a future that they can make their own with Capco. We also devised several ‘big shots’ that would provide high impact imagery for Capco’s digital channels.
