Overview
Sutherland Labs set out to create a powerful DEI campaign—an authentic collection of personal stories from across the community, each one shining a light on identity, inclusion, and lived experience. We were proud to contribute to this meaningful project, providing creative direction and campaign consultancy to help bring the stories to life.
We worked as specialist DEI comms consultants helping with series strategy, tone of voice, authentic storytelling and scripting. We advised on production and edit, while Sutherland handled the on-the ground logistics internally.
This wasn’t just another project for us. We genuinely love collaborating with forward-thinking in-house teams, helping shape ideas and build out their creative vision. Whether it’s through concept development, crafting decks, or offering strategic advice, we thrive on adding fresh energy and clarity to meaningful work like this.
