Evolving a distinct visual language
GSK’s illustration and animation style is a unique part of its brand identity, used to tell human stories, explain complex processes and support learning across everything from training content to internal comms. With demand growing across the business, GSK asked us to help evolve their existing system to support animation and global content creation better.
Over a six-month partnership, we delivered a full suite of updated and new, bespoke character and scene assets, developed motion-ready artwork and created refreshed guidance to help teams use illustration effectively, both in-house and with external partners.

From guidance to global utility
Our work covered everything from posture and movement refinement to practical scene design, ensuring characters would animate naturally and inclusively across all formats. We also advised on creating bespoke assets and produced a commissioning guide for GSK teams to use when briefing other agencies.
