Attracting talent
AWS’ data centers are the critical yet invisible infrastructure powering everything from streaming TV to cloud computing. To attract new talent, we were asked to create a short film that would showcase the opportunities and impact behind the scenes.

Bold animation and real voices
We created a visually striking animated world that offered a fresh look into the operational world of AWS. Combined with a narrative delivered by the real voices of AWS employees, we demystified life inside a data center and elevated the roles of the unseen people who keep the cloud running.
This approach provided us with a flexible storytelling framework that could showcase the global reach of AWS, while resonating with candidates from industries such as Oil & Gas or HVAC by demonstrating how their skills transfer directly to this new environment. The animation also highlighted career development, innovation, and the mission-critical nature of every role. No matter how hands-on or behind-the-scenes.
