Inspiring stories

Since 2015, we’re proud to have brought to life a diverse range of stories for and about Sainsbury’s colleagues. Our original brief was to help Sainsbury’s find and tell better stories from across the business to inspire, inform and educate colleagues across a diverse range of topics – everything from improving customer skills to embedding strategic change to promoting diversity & inclusion – and has since grown to encompass the production of customer facing film and animation work for Sainsbury’s social media channels.

Diversity & inclusion

We’ve worked on a long-running series of films to promote a greater understanding of the importance of diversity and inclusion across the wider Sainsbury’s Group, communicating messages both inspiring and practical to support annual inclusion week campaigns.

Community stories

We’ve helped Sainsbury’s to bring their values to life for both internal and external audiences – telling emotive community-focused stories with colleagues at their heart.

Sustainable retail

We’ve helped raise awareness of Sainsbury’s approach to sustainability for both internal and external audiences – from celebrating its partnership with the Woodland Trust to launching a new approach to Fair Trade products.

Skills & training

Our colleague-fronted training films have helped to improve performance by sharing valuable tips on everything from customer service at Christmas-time to communicating with deaf customers.
